CALI DAY 14 | HUNTINGTON BEACH TO LAGUNA BEACH

Before we took Sarah to the airport we went down to Huntington Beach to see the US Open of Surfing.








Although the waves were pretty small there was an amazing atmosphere and we got to see pro surfers and BMXing.

Then it was time to say goodbye to Sarah and leave the LA traffic behind us for the weekend. We drove the scenic route along the PCH south through Long Beach, Sunset Beach and Newport where we stopped for lunch at Dough Boy's for freshly made bagels and iced tea.

After driving through Laguna, we stayed inland at an America's Best Value Inn and popped next door to In N Out for a milkshake.

Did you guys know that there is a 'secret menu' at In N Out? On our first visit I didn't so was a little disappointed but now I do and there is NO disappointment ;)
