Following my sister's graduation and drinks at The Sheraton it was time to continue the celebrations with lunch at Chaophraya Thai restaurant on Castle Street.

Situated on the top floor of the building it has incredible views over the city and Edinburgh castle with an equally impressive luxe/oriental interior.

We were presented with 2 menus including a lunch time where you could choose 2 courses for £13.95.

I opted to share the crispy duck and chicken satay starters with Sarah followed by the sweet and sour chicken which was battered and a little heavy for me at lunchtime but yummy nonetheless.

Then all too soon it was time to dash off and help Sarah and Joe move house for the rest of the afternoon/evening. They have the most gorgeous place right on the sea, overlooking Edinburgh!

Have any of you eaten at Chaophraya? I believe it is a chain with restaurants around the UK. I would definitely visited again.
