Our second day in Ireland was
my sister's birthday so we celebrated by heading to Strandhill to watch the surf
and indulge in chocolate, marshmallow and banana crepes!
Heading back to the cottage it
was time to sing happy birthday and cut the Nutella and Malteser chocolate
cake... It really is as amazing as it sounds. I may have to make it and share
the recipe with you guys!
We then watched the sunset and
shared stories around the fire pit before supper with all the Irish family.
On our first day in Sligo we
walked up Knocknarea and on our third day we went to Mullaghmore which you can
