I hate the word 'haul' and I refuse to use it so 'purchases' it is...

So here are all the things I purchased prior to a girlie getaway to Hideout, Croatia.

I ended up being alone in Leeds one day as Rob was working so I passed the time by walking up and down every aisle possible in Primark. I spent around 3 and a half hours browsing, took 3 trips to the changing rooms and spent far too much money that I felt really guilty and took some stuff back! The nice thing about shopping on your own is that you don't have to feel guilty spending that long in one shop though.

The first thing I picked up were these black sandals above which were around £10. There are some similar here but I think mine are still available in store. They are super comfortable and I've wore them pretty much everyday since - they are still going strong too.

Next up was the usual trip to Boots to buy hair and skincare products and make up. I love Aussie haircare because it smells freaking amazing. Also on the list was the Nivea in shower body moisturiser, Charles Worthington Texturising spray, shaving foam, Trevor Sorbie hair oil and the Orangeasm body exfoliator from Soap & Glory. Make up wise was the usual Collection Lasting Perfection concealer, L'Oreal Nude Magique CC Cream and the Maybelline The Falsies mascara in waterproof (which isn't half as good as the non waterproof, might I add).

I bought my sun cream from Bodycare as I find it is cheaper than most places. I like a higher factor such as 30 at the start of a holiday and after a couple of days I like to reduce it to 15 or 20.

This £15 playsuit from Boohoo was another favourite purchase because it is super cute but also super comfortable. It has a caged back too just to make things even more exciting!

Next up is this high waisted thigh split maxi skirt also from Boohoo. I didn't get the chance to wear it in Croatia as I was feeling a little too bloated on our dressy night but I'm sure I'll get a lot of use back in the UK too. On the right is this long line kimono from ASOS (now on sale!) I bought it a while before Croatia and it's so much more versatile than I first thought. At home I layer it up to make a boring outfit a little more exciting and on holiday it was the perfect beach cover up.

These mom shorts (same in black) were £10 from Primark and the belt was £2. The fit isn't great on the shorts but you can't complain too much with a price that low.

I absolutely love this little sleepwear playsuit. Is is really comfy but kept me cool during the night and was just £7 from Primark.

The mirrored shades are from my current favourite sunglasses brand Quay Australia. You can buy Quay from both Topshop and ASOS but I got mine from ASOS (must stop looking, I want them all!) as they were a little cheaper at £27. The black plunge swimsuit is also ASOS and was the perfect glam look for pool and boat parties.

I can't resist picking up a few packs of £1 press on nails from Primark. They last up to a week and take just a couple of minutes to apply. Cute nail art and no drying time = a win win.

Another favourite co-ord from Missguided (purchased before Zoella was seen wearing it ;)). A really easy to wear outfit and comfy too. Clearly comfort was key for this holiday! I also wore the top with my mom shorts.

I bought all my jewellery cheaply from Primark so I wouldn't worry if anything got broken. I'm also a huge fan of the metallic tattoos and my original Flash Tats were running low so I ordered these for £4 from Boohoo.

Next was the head chain at the top which was £6 from Boohoo and these 2 bikinis from Primark were £6 for the tops and £4 for the bottoms.

And last but not least is another bikini also £6 for the top and £4 for the bottom from Primark. I love the high neck style and the braided straps at the back.

There we have my many purchases for the summer! What are some of your top buys for the warmer months?
