All settled in after my flight on the first day there was no time to waste on day 2 visiting the main reason we came to Victoria Falls - the epic falls themselves!
The falls are absolutely as breathtaking as you would imagine. It costs about 30 USD to enter the park on the Zim side so be warned but it is so worth it.
There is a bit of history and geographical information to get you excited and then a short walk through the dry trees and you arrive at the edge of the falls and the start of a mini rain forest due to the spray.
You could spend all day taking it all in and exploring.
We walked back to VF town along the road stopping in the local shops and grabbing a bite to eat before booking a white water rafting trip down the Zambezi!
