I love fish, Rob likes fish and Portugal has a lot of salted cod (or Bacalhau) which is okay but if you fancy a change then luckily in the middle of Lisbon is To.B - To Burger or Not to Burger. Find it on the corner of Rua Capelo in the bustling Chiado neighbourhood with some outdoor seating and a modern industrial feel inside. The menu is pretty simple with a selection of super tasty burgers and a couple of non burger options. Having been back for a second visit we can recommend the To.B, Cool and new healthy burger with rustic fries and sweet potato chips and their homemade lemonade and ice tea. The prices are reasonable, the staff are so friendly and you can even colour in the menu while you wait!
